Coaching Programs for Girls and Parents/Caregivers
Coming Soon
Cascadia Family Coaching offers individual parenting programs that help parents and caregivers better understand their children’s needs while strengthening family relationships. Small-group coaching programs for girls provide a supportive space where participants build confidence, learn how their brains work, and develop practical life skills.
Groups are intentionally small and interactive so that each participant feels comfortable, supported, and able to connect with others.
My approach is strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming. The goal is not to “fix” children, but to help them better understand themselves, experiment with strategies, and discover what works best for their unique minds.

Coaching vs. Therapy
Programs offered through Cascadia Family Coaching are educational and skills-based coaching programs designed to help children and families better understand themselves and experiment with strategies that support everyday life.
These programs are not psychotherapy and do not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment.
Children who require mental health treatment are welcome to participate in coaching programs but should continue working with a licensed therapist or mental health provider for treatment needs.
Participation in a coaching program does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
