Parenting Support in Seattle:
Feel More Confident. Understand Your Child More Deeply with
The Circle of Security Parenting Program
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child is experiencing big emotions, anxiety or challenging behavior.
You may be wondering:
Why is my child reacting this way?
Am I handling this the right way?
What do they actually need from me right now?
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
A Different Approach to Parenting Support
This work is based on the Circle of Security Parenting model, an evidence-based, attachment-focused approach that helps you understand what your child is really communicating through their behavior.
Instead of focusing only on behavior, we focus on:
understanding your child’s emotional needs
strengthening your connection
responding with confidence and clarity
What You’ll Gain
Through this process, you will:
better understand your child’s behavior and emotions
feel more confident in how you respond
strengthen your relationship with your child
learn how to support your child during difficult moments
feel less overwhelmed and more grounded as a parent
A Supportive, Non-Judgmental Space
This is not about being a “perfect” parent.
It’s about:
becoming more aware
building connection
learning what works for your child
You will be supported with curiosity, compassion and respect every step of the way.
What Sessions Look Like
Circle of Security Parenting is a parent coaching service, not therapy.
Sessions are 50 minutes and held via Zoom, providing a supportive space for reflection and guidance. The fee is $155 per session, and the program typically unfolds over 10 sessions, with flexibility to meet your needs.
Is This Right for You?
This may be a good fit if you:
feel unsure how to respond to your child’s emotions
are navigating anxiety, big feelings or behavior challenges
want to strengthen your relationship with your child
are looking for support without judgment
